Natzari Yehudess ~ House of Sarah & Titus 2 Women
A bimonthly gathering where we will be midrashing/discussing what it means to be authentic women of YHWH according to the Set-Apart Scriptures. We're looking for women whose hearts aren't willing to be defined any longer with society's conformism or dictations, but who are diligently making true teshuva (return) to our Husband and King from a loving and obedient response to His Set-Apartness. Always following the leadership of haRuach Kodesh, we will maintain sensitivity to the deep spiritual needs of each, and be ready to minister by the Spirit via the various gifts of haRuach Kodesh.
How will we do this? We will be meeting via Google Hangout. By teachings, workshops, praying, singing, expressing ourselves creatively, sharing a special seudah shlishit (third meal for Shabbat), learning about Ha Moedim (the festivals), and studying Torah.
Where will we do this? Both online and offline. For online participants, we ask that you join us via Google Hangout.
What will we study? Each month we will consider the teachings of Sarah's daughters from a scriptural and halachic perspective, do an indepth study on a topic with focus on halacha, that is, how to apply Torah to our daily lives.

Bringing Order: Older Women You Are to Teach the Younger Women ~ Titus 2 Mandate

Titus 2 Women
Older women likewise are to…encourage the young women to love their
husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home,
kind, being subject to their own husbands, that the Word of Elohim (God)
may not be dishonored
While there has been much emphasis on the “loving our husbands” and “loving our children” portion of this scripture, the part about being sensible keepers of our homes has been somewhat neglected. Many young moms are yearning for practical, hands-on instruction in the day to day business of being a keeper at home. Too often, young Hebrew mothers are burdened with responsibilities at temple or elsewhere that only add to the frustrations and stress of keeping a home and raising small children. I believe Titus 2 commands the older women to come alongside the younger and encourage them in their duties at home first. We older emot (moms) ought to be ministering to the younger, and not the other way around. We shouldn’t be asking them to take on any other “ministry” other than the ministry to their husband,
children and home.
What is "Titus 2"? In keeping with the admonition of Titus 2:3-5 for older women to teach the younger women not only spiritual wisdom, but practical skills, we are inviting women young and old to come share and learn. We will be tackling baby care, gardening, bread-baking, knitting, canning and food preservation - you name it! We won't just be talking about these things - we will DO them.
When? Preferably a Sunday afternoon, every six weeks or so -- as everyone's schedule allows
How long? The entire afternoon - from 11a.m. until 3p.m.
When's the next Titus 2? TBA
