Is Y'shua God? Part 8
by Ian Michaels
The ELS (Equidistant Letter Sequences) were discovered several decades ago. Professors of mathematical scholarship at Yale, Harvard and the Hebrew University found embedded in the Hebrew text of the Scriptures words and phrases relevant to the face text. This was determined to be outside the realm of human capability with a ratio of less than 1 in 50 quadrillion. In other words, it is highly unlikely that human intelligence had anything to do with this phenomenon. The only logical conclusion is that YHWH Himself sovereignly determined these embedded messages to be placed throughout the Scriptures while each author wrote under Divine inspiration. This back drop must be understood before appreciating any message that is embedded.
Among the many ELS messages, there is just one I want to focus on for the purpose of this article. In Genesis 28:9, starting with the second yod, counting every 19th letter from right to left, spells, “Y’shua Yah.” Then again, in Numbers 13:33, starting with the first yod in the phrase “b’ainai’nu,” “in our eyes,” counting every 12th letter from left to right, spells, “Yah Y’shua.”
Another place that is worth mentioning here involves a unique spacing that matches the same number of the verse in which it starts and an understanding of the significance of the number. In Daniel 9:26, in the phrase, “v’ha’iyr,” “and the city,” starting from the yod, counting every 26th letter three times from left to right, spells, “Y’shua.” 26 is the gematria of “YHWH.”
